Went to see Open Water (the movie) the other night. Apart from the obvious low-budgetness of the whole thing (it's obviously filmed on a cheap camera), it's actually ok. I mean, let's face it, there's only so much mileage you can get out of 2 people in some water! Worth going to see, anyway, I'd reckon. It was only spoilt for us by the fact that we were sitting by some stupid old goat who had to keep stating the obvious REALLY LOUDLY - e.g. ARE THEY SINGING? (no, it's the soundtrack you stupid muppet - shall I get the doctor for you now?). It's times like that when you wish they'd legalise assault rifles in the UK, too. Oh, and by the way, the ending is a bit unexpected.
